Welcome to Uniplug. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Uniplug website, mobile application, and services.

Where Uniplug charges a K100 service fee for a service, the K100 service fee is refundable.
A user who has paid the K100 service fee may request a refund in accordance with the applicable service's refund process.
Refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method provided by Uniplug.
Uniplug may require reasonable information to verify the original payment before processing a refund.
